Optimization Design of the Structure of Internal Gear Pump with Four Idlers

摘要 分析了四惰轮内啮合齿轮泵内齿圈的径向力特性;研究了四惰轮内啮合齿轮泵的流量脉动特征;建立了其体积最小、流量脉动程度最小的双目标函数模型,并利用遗传算法进行了优化求解。结果表明,四惰轮内啮合齿轮泵的内齿圈受到的径向力平衡;相较普通内啮合泵,四惰轮内啮合泵流量脉动得到了极大程度的减小,且流量脉动随着内齿圈齿数的增加而降低,随着惰轮齿数增加而升高;优化结果达到了减小流量脉动、降低质量的要求,从而为四惰轮内啮合齿轮泵的设计与制造提供一定的理论依据。 The radial force of annular gear and the flow pulsation is analyzed based on internal gear pump with four idlers. The model of the dual objective function is established with the minimum flow pulsation and the minimum volume of internal gear pump with four idlers, and the model is solved by using the genetic algorithm. The results show that the radial force of annular gear is balanced. Comparing with common internal gear pump, the flow pulsation of internal gear pump with four idlers is decreased greatly, and the flow pulsation is decreased with the increase of the number of annular gear teeth and increased with the increase of the number of small gear teeth. The optimization results meet the requirements of reducing the flow pulsation and weight, so that the the- oretical basis can be provided for the design and manufacture of intemal gear pump with four idlers.
