摘要非小细胞肺癌（non small cell lung cancer,NSCLC）在所有类型的肺癌中发病率和死亡率最高[1]。患者就诊时多伴发多处转移,手术无法切除全部病灶,因此晚期NSCLC的治疗是以化疗为主的综合治疗,以铂类为基础的两药联合化疗为标准治疗方案。腺癌是NSCLC中最常见的组织类型.
