企业外协产品质量管理之探索——以航天企业为例

针对当前外协产品质量问题偏多的状况,有必要进一步加强对外协产品的质量监控力度,保证型号保质保量的交付运行。根据多年工作经验,本文从外协供方、合同(协议)、验收、信息等主要环节进行了梳理和研究。

In view of the current situation that there are too many outsourcing product quality problems in the aerospace enterprises, this paper reviews and studies the key links such as outsourcing suppliers, contracts （agreements）, acceptance and information based on years of working experience, and provides some suggestions on how to further strengthen the quality supervision on outsourcing products and guarantee the quality and quantity of the model delivered.
