成分配比、含水量对烧结法合成CA_6的影响

摘要 本论文用XRD衍射分析手段讨论了Al_2O_3与CaCO_3的配比对烧结合成CA_6的影响,得出成分配比为6∶1,含水量8.2%时制备的CA_6的相对含量最高,纯度最高;用SEM电镜分析样品的晶体形貌,得出成分配比为9∶1时CA_6的晶粒形貌发育最完善。 XRD analysis was used in this paper.The effects of Al2O3 and CaCO3 ratio on sintering synthesis of CA6 is discussed.The results show CA6 purity is the highest when the ratio of 6 : 1, and water content of 8.2%. Crystal morphology was analyzed by SEM scanning electron microscope method, the result is that CA6 is the best of grain morphology at the ratio of 9 : 1.
