泥水盾构在长距离砂卵石地层穿河施工中的不换刀技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对沈阳地铁9号线一期土建工程泥水平衡盾构在砂卵石及黏土地层中下穿500 m宽浑河隧道工程,对可能遇到的刀盘刀具严重磨损及结泥饼现象进行了预判,通过对地质颗粒成分组成及浑河水位变化情况进行分析研究,优化创新了刀盘结构形式和刀盘刀具耐磨设计,增强了环流系统泵送能力,改进了防结泥饼冲刷管路设计,再辅以施工辅助技术,不但实现了泥水盾构在该工况下不结泥饼和不换刀,还节约了施工成本。该技术的成功运用可为今后类似工程提供参考。 For the tunnel engineering by slurry shield machine crossing the 500 meter-w ide Hun River in the sand-gravel and clay stratum,the phenomena of serious cutter w ear and mud cakes are predicted and analyzed in advance; through analysis and study on the changes of the geological particle composition and the w ater level of the Hun River,structure type and w ear-resisting design of the cutter are optimized and innovated; the circulation pumping capacity is enhanced,and the pipeline design for mud cakes proofing is improved; and some assistant construction measures are put forw ard. Thus no mud cakes are produced and there is no need to replace the cutter for the slurry shield machine. As a result,the construction costs are reduced.
