摘要
郑州地铁融合信息化技术提出建设AFC设备的运维信息管理平台,该平台使用手持终端实现对AFC设备维护数据的快速采集,用信息管理系统完成对设备维护数据的快速分析,并通过估算各模块的动作次数和设备运行状态良好率来预测设备模块的运行稳定度,辅助维修进行决策。通过对设备和其内部模块进行统一编码及关联映射,实现从设备到模块的跟踪管理,以及对设备维护记录、运行负荷度、疲劳度的历史追溯。此外,建立AFC设备维护保养台账的数据仓库,实现备品备件消耗、设备故障、设备保养记录等数据的快速检索,从而减少维护人员工作量,提高工作效率。
An information management and maintenance platform is proposed to be built for AFC equipment in Zhengzhou M etro by using information technology. The platform adopts the handheld terminal to realize the fast acquisition of AFC equipment maintenance data,and the information management system to make a quick analysis of the maintenance data,and predicts the running stability of the equipment and assists maintenance decision by estimating the operation times of the modules and the running state of the equipment. The AFC equipment and modules are managed by means of unified coding and association mapping,and the review of the history of equipment maintenance,operating loads,fatigue degree. In addition,in order to reduce the maintenance w orkload and improve w ork efficiency,the w arehouse for records of AFC equipment maintenance is established on the platform. As a result,fast retrieval of data for spare parts,equipment failures,and maintenance records and so on can be achieved through the platform.
