大汉阳地区现代有轨电车监造及质量控制

Manufacturing of Modern Tram Test Line Vehicles in Dahanyang Area: Supervision and Quality Control

介绍武汉大汉阳地区100%低地板储能式现代有轨电车的基本情况。针对该现代有轨电车的监造项目规模大、周期长、节点多、组织协调性强等特点,阐明车辆监造工作的目标和内容;提出监造人员保证及信息管理的相关措施,并对投产前、生产过程中以及试验阶段的质量控制进行全面总结:针对设计阶段、采购阶段、制造阶段以及后期试验阶段,提出相应的保证措施,并在此过程中落实监造工作的各项内容,从而保证大汉阳地区现代有轨电车工程的顺利进行。

This paper provides a general description of manufacturing of 100% low-floor modern trams w ith energy storage in Dahanyang area,Wuhan. Supervision and quality control for manufacturing of the vehicles is a large project w hich takes a long time,and needs effective coordination among many organizations. The goals and contents of the project are clarified,and the measures to meet the needs in personnel and for information management are put forw ard. M easures for quality control at different stages,including the pre-production,in-production and the test stages are elaborated,w hich covers the quality control methods in design,purchasing,manufacturing as w ell as testing stages. The w ay to exercise supervision is specified as w ell.
