山东省招远市2013年恶性肿瘤疾病负担分析

Disease Burden of Malignant Cancers in Zhaoyuan,2013

[目的]评价山东省招远市2013年恶性肿瘤的疾病负担。[方法]数据来源于山东省疾病预防控制中心慢性病监测信息管理系统。使用早死所致的寿命损失年(YLLs)、残疾所致寿命年损失(YLDs)和伤残调整寿命年(DALYs)等指标分析恶性肿瘤疾病负担情况。[结果]招远市2013年居民恶性肿瘤粗发病率为398.99/10万,粗死亡率为268.82/10万。每千人损失DALYs为41.96;男性DALYs率(51.91%)高于女性(32.15%);其中YLLs为34.49/千人,YLDs为7.47/千人。恶性肿瘤DALYs前5位依次为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和乳腺癌,前5位恶性肿瘤疾病负担占全部肿瘤的73.97%。恶性肿瘤DALYs随年龄增加而增加。[结论]山东省招远市恶性肿瘤疾病负担较高,肺癌、肝癌、胃癌是造成恶性肿瘤疾病负担的主要原因。

[Purpose] To investigate the disease burden of malignant cancers in Zhaoyuan,Shandong,2013.[Methods] The cancer incidence and mortality data were collected from Shandong chronic disease monitoring information system.Years of life lost （YLLs）,years lived with disability （YLDs） and disability adjusted life years （DALYs） were analyzed to evaluate the burden of malignant cancers.[Results] The crude incidence and mortality rates of malignant cancers were 39899/105 and 268.82/105 in Zhaoyuan city.Total burden of malignant cancers was 41.96 DALYs per 1000 persons,including 34.49/1000 for YLLs and 7.47/1000 for YLDs.The DALYs in males was higher than that in females （51.91/1000 vs 32.15/1000）.Lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,colorectal cancer and breast cancer were the top five cancers with the highest health burden,accounting for 73.97% DALYs of all cancers.The DALYs of malignant cancers increased with age.[Conclusion] The burden of malignant cancer is high in Zhaoyuan,and lung cancer,liver cancer and stomach cancer are the main causes of disease burden of all cancers.
