Neutrophil asthma and its associated cytokines

中性粒细胞性哮喘是指临床上具有典型哮喘症状，而气道炎症以中性粒细胞为主的哮喘，中性粒细胞性哮喘与难治性哮喘、重症哮喘、致死性哮喘关系密切。现在越来越多研究证实IL-17、IL-8与中性粒细胞相关的哮喘关系密不可分，其在中性粒细胞性哮喘发病机制中有重要地位。近几年来利用哮喘发病机制中细胞因子作为靶点来进行靶向治疗哮喘已成为未来哮喘治疗研究的主要热点。本文就中性粒细胞相关因子IL-17、IL-8结构和功能进行介绍，并对与中性粒细胞浸润为主的哮喘的关系作一综述。

Neutrophilic asthma is a typical clinical symptoms of asthma, and asthma airway inflammation is given priority to with neutrophils. Neutrophilic asthma and refractory asthma, severe asthma, fatal asthma is closely related. Now more and more studies have confirmed that interleukin （IL-17） and IL-8 are closely related to neutrophil related asthma, and they play an important role in the pathogenesis of neutrophilic asthma. In recent years, the use of eytokines in asthma pathogenesis as a target for targeted treatment of asthma has become the main focus of future asthma treatment research. The structure and function of neutrophil related factors IL-17 and IL-8 are introduced, and the relationship between neutrophil related asthma and neutrophil invasion is briefly reviewed.
