摘要
为评价磺胺二甲嘧啶和恩诺沙星两种水产常用药物对鲤鱼仔鱼的毒性强度,在水温26℃条件下,根据改良寇氏法,进行了磺胺二甲嘧啶和恩诺沙星对鲤鱼仔鱼急性毒性试验。结果显示,磺胺二甲嘧啶对鲤鱼仔鱼的24 h和48 h的半致死质量浓度分别为862.56 mg/L、752.43 mg/L,鲤仔鱼磺胺二甲嘧啶安全质量浓度为196.91 mg/L。恩诺沙星对鲤仔鱼24 h和48 h致死质量浓度分别为746.75 mg/L、713.61 mg/L,鲤仔鱼恩诺沙星安全质量浓度为204.58 mg/L。
In order to evaluate the toxicity of sulfamethazine and enrofloxacin on the fry of Cyrinus carpio, the acute toxicity test of sulfamethazine and enrofloxacin to C.carpio fry was made by using the improved Karber's method, at the water temperature of 26℃.The results showed that the 24h and 48h median lethal concentrations of sulfamethazine were 862.56 mg/L, 752.43 mg/L, and the safe concentration of sulfamethazine was 196.91 mg/L. The 24h and 48h median lethal concentrations of enrofloxacin were 746.75 mg/L, 713.61 mg/L, and the safe concentration of enrofloxacin was 204.58 mg/L.
