14天与21天测定β-HCG对胚胎移植后妊娠结局的预测价值

Predictive value of β-HCG on the 14^(th) day and 21^(st) day after embryo transfer for pregnancy outcome

目的:探讨14d与21d测定β-HCG对胚胎移植后妊娠结局的预测价值。方法:选择2010年1月至2015年1月收治的体外受精-胚胎移植后在我院进行复查者160例,分为4组:多胎妊娠组,单胎妊娠组,异位妊娠组和早期流产组,各40例,比较各组14d与21d血清β-HCG水平,并统计14d与21d血清β-HCG水平分布情况。结果:继续妊娠组14d与21d血清β-HCG水平均显著高于不良妊娠组(P<0.05),14d与21d血清β-HCG≥400IU/L比例,多胎组高于单胎组高于异位妊娠组和早期流产组(P<0.05),妊娠21d时血清β-HCG测定,多胎妊娠组及单胎妊娠组血清β-HCG≥400 IU/L者显著多于100~400IU/L者(P<0.05)。结论:选择14d与21d测定血清β-HCG在预测妊娠结局方面,尤其是多胎妊娠、移位妊娠与早期流产具有积极意义。

Objectives： To investigate the predictive value of β-HCG on the 14^（th） day and 21^（st） day after embryo transfer for pregnancy outcome. Methods： 160 cases of embryo transfer in our hospital were divided into four groups：multiple pregnancies group,singleton pregnancies group,ectopic pregnancy group and early abortion group,with 40 cases in each group. Serum β-HCG levels and serum β-HCG level on the 14^（th） day and 21^（st） day after embryo transfer were compared. Results： The β-HCG level of continue pregnancy group on the 14^（th） day and 21^（st） day after embryo transfer were significantly higher than adverse pregnancy group（ P 0. 05）. The ratio of serum β-HCG ≥ 400 IU/L in multiple pregnancies group was higher than these in singleton pregnancies group,ectopic pregnancy group and early abortion group（ P 0. 05）. The patients with serum β-HCG≥400 IU/L on the 21^（st） day in multiple pregnancy group and singleton pregnancy group were significantly more than patients with serum β-HCG 100 ~ 400 IU/L（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The serum β-HCG on the 14^（th） day and 21^（st） day after embryo transfer β-HCG can predict pregnancy outcome particularly,which has positive significance for multiple pregnancy,early pregnancy and miscarriage.
