摘要
介绍了一种基于超声波的快速扫描方法。该方法训练并记忆首次扫描的多个参数,在下次扫描同批次元器件时,学习记忆过的参数,微调后可直接进行扫描。使用这种方法后不需重复繁杂的参数设置过程,实现了元器件的快速扫描。
A method of quick scan based on ultrasonic is proposed in this paper. The method trains and memorizes scan parameters of last scan. During the next scan to parts of the same batch, we can leam the memorized parameters and scan parts after adjusted. By using the method, we can scan the parts without setting parameters, and realize to quick scan.
