本文详细介绍了一种冷柜箱体自动化提箱、翻转一体机的设计及应用。为了实现抬箱岗位由人工操作改为机械自动操作的目标,对其工序动作进行了科学分析,对各动作的机械实现方案进行了筛选评估,设计制作了一种自动化提箱、翻箱一体机,并对其进行了合理科学的气路部分设计及自动化电气设计,使该一体机通过自动识别实现了自主夹箱、抬箱、翻箱、移动、放箱,完全实现了抬箱岗位自动化的目标,减轻了工人的劳动强度,减少了员工数量,提高了效率,也为其他生产线冷柜箱体的提箱、翻箱岗位的自动化提供了有价值的解决方法。

This paper introduces the design and application of a refrigerator box suitcase, flip machine automation. The machine through the automatic recognition to achieve the self clamping box, lift the box, turn mobile, fully automated target, reducing the number of employees, enhance the efficiency and greatly reduce the labor intensity of the workers, also for other rebuil automation production line of the suitcase, rollover positions provides a solution with value.
