摘要 鱿鱼加工过程中产生大量的废弃物,其中鱿鱼内脏占鱿鱼体重的15%,含有丰富的粗脂肪,是加工鱿鱼内脏油的良好来源。鱼油具有良好的营养价值和药用价值,因此对鱼油提取工艺的研究十分重要。简要介绍从鱿鱼内脏中提取鱼油的最新工艺和研究动态,为今后鱿鱼内脏的进一步开发与利用提供依据。 A large amount of waste is produced in the process of squid processing,in which the squid viscera accounts for 15%.However the squid viscera are rich in crude fat,which is a good source of processing squid visceral oil.So it is very important to study the fish oil extraction process due to its good nutritional and medicinal value.The advanced technology and research trends of extracting fish oil were briefly introduced from the internal organs of squid,and a reference was provided for the further development and utilization of squid viscera in the future.
