摘要
介绍了新疆实施的安居工程现状及其在地震灾害中减轻房屋破坏程度、减少经济损失和人员伤亡、减少临时转移安置人口等方面发挥的重要作用,分析了新疆皮山6.5级地震灾区各类结构建筑物典型震害现象和特征。根据皮山县安居工程概况,对比分析了安居富民房震害特征和各类结构建筑物震害特征,总结安居工程在本次地震灾害中起到的重要作用的基础上,对今后的震后重建以及安居工程建设提出了一些建议。
In this paper,the implementation of comfortable housing project in Xinjiang and their important role in mitigating the extent housing damage,reducing economic losses and casualty numbers and temporary relocated population are introduced. The different typical structure of the construction damage phenomena and their features after the Pishan Ms6. 5 earthquake are analyzed.The comfortable housing project profiles in the disaster areas are illustrated the damage characteristics of comfortable houses and various structural constructions are comparatively analyzed,and the important role of the comfortable housing projects in the earthquake disaster are summarized,and some recommendations on the future reconstruction and comfortable housing project are put foreword in the paper.
