菲律宾AGUSⅥ 1、2号机组增容改造后引起调压塔安全问题的处理

摘要 文章介绍菲律宾AGUSⅥ1、2号机组从25 MW增至34.5 MW(单机容量)后,对机组的调节保证计算进行复核,发现现有的调压塔高度不够,机组在甩负荷时,将产生水溢出塔顶,对塔底及周边的升压变电站形成水流冲刷造成安全隐患,为了防止隐患造成的安全问题而对调压塔做挑檐来缓冲从塔顶溢出的水流及在塔底做水池以将集水引排至河流的处理方法,其结果处理到位,方法既快速又经济。 After the unit capacity of Philippines AGUS VI 1 # and 2 # units is increased to 34. 5MW from 25MW theguaranteed calculation for regulation of the units is rechecked and it is found that the existing surge tower is not high enough.During load rejection of the units there is water coming out of the tower endangering the tower bottom and the surroundingstep-up substation. In order to solve the problem eaves are provided on the tower to buffer the overflowing water from thetower top and a water tank at the tower bottom for water drainage to the river. Such method is effective fast and economical.
