摘要
在分析MG160/391-WD采煤机组成结构以及工作机理的基础上,对调高控制系统的结构和工作原理进行了系统研究,建立了调高控制系统的数学模型,推导得到了油缸内液压油的传递函数公式和采煤机摇臂高度的计算公式。研究认为:油缸液压油的传递函数表现为非线性关系,采煤机摇臂高度与油缸活塞的伸缩梁关系同样表现为明显的非线性关系,由此可为采煤机调高控制系统的优化提供一定的理论前提。
Based on the structure and working mechanism of the shearer MG160/391-WD, the structure and workingprinciple on high control system are studied and established a mathematical model of control system, deduced theformula for calculating the height of the rocker arm transfer function formula and shearer hydraulic oil cylinder,hydraulic cylinder performance that transfer function oil is nonlinear, the telescopic beam of shearer arm height andcylinder piston also showed obvious nonlinear relationship, thus optimizing adjustable high control system for Shearerto provide certain theoretical premise.
