摘要
由于近距离煤层开采工作面超前支承压力对煤壁压酥作用不大,导致采煤机组截煤、破煤困难,机电事故较多。因此,通过综采设备系统可靠性指标的定位与计算法则手段对8423工作面综采设备系统的故障测定,找出并分析主要故障因素,对相临的8425工作面进行改进,以提高采煤系统的可靠性。
Because of close distance coal seam mining face abutment pressure of coal wall pressure crisp little effect,resulting in the coal machine cutting coal, coal breaking difficulties, electrical accidents more. So by measuring faultlocation reliability indicators of mining equipment system and calculation method for 8423 law of fully mechanizedmining equipment system, this paper find outs and analyzes the main fault the factors, the working face of 8425adjacent improvements, greatly improving the reliability of the mining system.
