摘要
针对zzs5600型液压支架损坏的部位与表现,提出顶梁与掩护梁铰接孔处、立柱、推移千斤顶、限压阀板、液压系统等部件的技术改造措施。实践表明:在保持zzs5600型液压支架技术参数和连接结构不变的情况下,根据实际工作情况,对其结构进行一定的技术改造,可改善各装置的受力状况,提高支架整体的强度和性能。
According to the position and performance of zzs5600 type hydraulic support damage, put forward the topbeam and the shield beam hinge hole, column, Jack, the pressure limiting valve plate, technical transformationmeasures of hydraulic system components. The practice shows that based on keeping the technical parameters ofzzs5600 type hydraulic support and fixed structure connection, according to the actual working condition and thetechnological transformation of some of its structure, a device can improve the stress condition, improve the strength ofthe support and overall performance.
