摘要
针对一种新型电源车在驻车发电时发动机舱内温度过高的问题,利用Flowmaster软件对发动机冷却系统的工作状态进行模拟。模拟计算发现:该发动机冷却系统在驻车发电时存在散热不足的问题,为下一步新型电源车的设计提供了根据。通过与厂家提供的试验数据进行对比,发现误差在合理的范围之内,验证了仿真的准确性。
Aiming at the problem of over-temperature in the engine compartment of a new type of power car during power generation inparking, the working status of the engine cooling system is simulated by Flowmaster software. The simulation results show that the coolingsystem in the park has the problem of insufficient heat dissipation when it is powered on and provides the basis for the design of the newpower car. By comparing with the experimental data provided by the manufacturer, the error is found within a reasonable range, whichverifies the accuracy of the simulation.
