基于因子分析方法的合肥市县域经济创新能力评价

Evaluation of Counties and Districts Economic Innovation Ability of Hefei City Based on the Factor Analysis Approach

以合肥市下辖的县级地区(区/县/市)为例,根据区域经济发展影响因素收集了具体指标数据,构建了县域经济创新能力评价体系,利用因子分析法比较和分析了合肥市的不同县级下辖地区的县域经济创新能力。因子分析结果表明,包河、庐阳、蜀山和瑶海四个区的创新科技因子得分较高,而包河区、肥西县、长丰县和肥东县的创新环境因子得分较高;综合评价发现,合肥市各个下辖区/县/市县域经济创新评价指标的综合得分排名依次为包河区、肥西县、庐阳区、蜀山区、瑶海区、长丰县、肥东县、庐江县和巢湖市,据此提出了一些相应的对策与建议。

Take the counties and districts directly administered by Hefei city as examples, the study collected the specific index data according to the influence factors of regional economic development and built the innovation ability evaluation system of county economy of the whole area of Hefei city. Then, the study compared and analyzed the different county-governed areas＇ economy innovation ability using the factor analysis approach. The results of factor analysis show that the scores of innovative science and technology factors in Baohe, Luyang, Shushan and Yaohai are higher, while the scores of iimovative environmental factors in Baohe district, Feixi county, Changfeng county and Feidong county are higher. Comprehensive evaluation of the results found that in Hefei city all districts/ counties/city county economy innovation evaluation index of the comprehensive score rank in the order, Feixi county, Luyang district, packaged riverfront of Shushan district, Yaohai district, Changfeng county, Feidong county, Lujiang county, Chaohu city, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and some suggestions accordingly.
