"中蒙俄经济走廊"是"一带一路"重要组成部分,基础设施互联互通是"中蒙俄经济走廊"强化合作的重要保障。实现互联互通,引入PPP模式将成为可能。文章通过介绍PPP模式的含义与特点,分析"中蒙俄经济走廊"基础设施建设引入PPP模式的可行性及面临的困难,提出"中蒙俄经济走廊"基础设施建设应用PPP模式在法规建设、风险防控、项目管理、引入社会资本等方面的建议。

＂ China - Mongolia - Russia economic corridor＂ is an important part of＂ Belt and Road Initiative＂ .Infrastructure interconnection is an important guarantee for strengthening cooperation in＂ China - Mongolia - Russiaeconomic corridor＂ . To achieve interconnection, the introduction of PPP model will be possible. This paper introduces the meaning and characteristics of PPP mode, analyzes the feasibility and difficulties of introducing PPP modelin the infrastructure construction of ＂ China - Mongolia - Russia economic corridor＂ , and puts forward the application of PPP mode in the construction of ＂ China - Mongolia - Russia economic corridor＂ in risk prevention and control, project management, the introduction of social capital and other aspects of the proposal.
