摘要
本文以美国高等教育政策发展历程为视角,结合美国少数民族高等教育现实状况,将美国少数民族高等教育政策发展过程划分为四个阶段,并对美国实施少数民族高等教育政策所取得的成就和问题进行了分析。在此基础上,对美国少数民族高等教育政策的走向提出了看法。
From the prospective of the development process of American higher education policy,combining withthe present situation of American higher education for ethnic groups,this paper divides the development process intofour stages and analysizes the achievements and existed problems. On this baseis,this paper puts forward opinions onthe future development direction of American higher education policy on ethnic groups.
