摘要
本文基于国内外关于教育教学改革的文献研究,以内蒙古财经大学经济学基地班的创新人才培养模式为例,参考非经济学基地班培养模式下的学习效果,构建了OLS线性回归模型,使用一手微观调研数据和Stata软件,对比分析不同教育教学改革模式下学生学习效果,得出经济学基地班创新人才培养模式能够提高学生的学业成绩,此外,学生的学业成绩还受到高考入学成绩、性别、毕业去向和科研获奖等因素的影响,为此,政策建议是大学教育应当进行教育教学模式的改革,创新人才培养模式,实现培养"全面发展的人"的目标。
Based on the literature research on the reform of education and teaching at home and abroad, thispaper takes the innovative talents training model of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics as an example. Based on the learning effect under the non - economic base class training mode, this paper constructs theOLS linear regression model. With Micro - research data and Stata software, this paper carries out a comparative analysis of students learning effect under different education and teaching reform. The results show that the innovativetalent training model of economics base class can improve the student' s academic performance. In addition, student' sacademic performance is also under the influence of their college entrance examination results, gender, graduationgoes and scientific research achievement etc. Therefore, the policy suggestion is to undertake education and teachingreform, innovate talent training model and achieve the objective of" all - round development" .
