雄安新区的设立是千年大计、国家大事,具有很强的现实逻辑和战略价值。建设初期,雄安新区面临经济发展程度低且基础设施落后,易受传统城市发展模式惯性思维影响,市场培育、要素支付和制度创新成本压力等主要制约因素。建设雄安新区关键在于创新,由此可通过坚持创新发展基点,贯彻落实新发展理念,构建新型创新体系,打造创新发展新高地,创新发展模式,走高端型产业发展引领等路径,将雄安新区建成创新驱动发展引领示范区。雄安新区建设是一项复杂的系统性工程,加快推进雄安新区建设就应该立足新区战略定位,在借鉴成功经验基础上探索新区发展新路子,放弃传统城市发展模式,优化城市空间结构,夯实新区建设基础,增强内生增长动力。

The establishment of Xiongan new zone is a Millennium project anda major national eventthat has a strong realistic logic and strategic value. At the early stage of construction, it will face manyweaknesses： the low level of economic development, poor infrastructure, easily affected by the inertialthinking of traditional city development, higher market cultivation and development cost. Innovation is thekey to construct Xiongan new zone, so it will be built into a leading and demonstrative zone by persistingin and implementating the innovative development concept, constructing the new innovation system to createnew heights of innovation and development, innovating new mode and taking high-valued industrial development path. It is a complex and systematic project to construct Xiongan new zone, which need to explorea new development way to accelerate the new zone construction on the basis of successful experiences fromthe strategic orientation point of view, to strengthen the endogenous growth momentum by abandoning thetraditional development model of city and optimize the city spatial structure.
