摘要
文章利用时域有限差分方法理论研究了有限数目的纳米金属狭缝阵列结构对单色入射光波的空间聚焦现象,并系统分析了结构参数及入射波长对聚焦效果的影响。通过理论分析认为纳米金属狭缝阵列结构的聚焦是其各狭缝辐射的同相位电磁波在透射区域干涉叠加的结果。
In this paper,we adopt two-demensional finite-diffenence time-domain(FDTD) method to theoretically study the spatial focusing behavior of the nano metallic slit arrays with finite number of slits under the radiation of monochromatic plane wave,and then systematacially investigate the impact of the structure parameters on the focusing phenomenon.Moreover,the theoretical analyses demonstrate that the focusing phenomenon is as a consequence of the optical interference of the electromagnetic fields radiated from each unit of the slits arrays.
