摘要
合成了两种不同pKa巯基的巯基-烯复合物模板分子EtSCN_2和PhSCN_2,通过超高效液相色谱研究了50 M的模板分子与1 mM还原型谷胱甘肽的反应动力学,二者与GSH加成-消除反应的Halflife分别为14.8 min和1.5 min,相差将近十倍。初步实现了巯基与巯基-烯复合物的交换反应的动力学控制。
Two mercapto-ene compounds with different pKa of thiol were synthesized.The reaction kinetics of 50 M molecular templates with 1 mM GSH was then studied by UPLC and the results showed that there was a ten times difference in Halflife with 14.8 min and 1.5 min.The dynamic control of the exchange reaction between sulfhydryl andmercapto-ene compound is preliminarily implemented.
