Application and Study of Coffee Fruit Combine Machine for Separating Decorticating and Degumming

针对云南省咖啡产业不断扩大的需要,市场亟需能够实现批量化、工业化生产加工的机器。通过自主创新研发出咖啡初加工组合成套设备,集咖啡的生熟果分离、脱皮、脱胶3道工序于一体的咖啡初加工组合机,经加工后的咖啡豆可直接进入干燥环节,从而提高了咖啡初加工的效率,满足咖啡产业规模化的生产要求。

This paper aimed at the present increasing expanding need of coffee industry on Yunnan province,initial processing assembled machine for coffee fruits has been researched by independent innovation with closely meeting the demand of market.This machine could completely finish three functions including separating mature and immature fruits, decorticating and degumming,and then the processed fruits could directly been dried,thus fitting with the production requirements of the coffee industry.
