摘要 工匠精神是个人对于职业精益求精的自我追求,也是企业对个人职业素养一种要求。结合高职食品检测人才的职业素养培养,从工匠精神提出的时代背景入手,分析了工匠精神在高职食品检测人才职业素养的内涵体现,最后从人才培养模式、课程体系、课堂教学、实训实习和校企合作等角度,提出了高职食品检测人才工匠精神的培养路径。 Craftsman spirit is a kind of professional quality and attitude,and it is a kind of professional value pursuit and behavior performance of employees. Based on the training of professional quality of food testing talents in higher vocational colleges,the paper analyzes the meaning of craftsman spirit in food testing talents,and put forward the developing path of craftsman spirit in the aspects of talent training mode,curriculum system,classroom teaching,practical training,school enterprise cooperation.
