摘要
从"食品营养与安全"课程双语建设的重要性分析入手,主要介绍了在课程教材、师资建设和具体教学实施方法手段等方面的教学探索和实践,以期为国内相关双语课程的建设提供参考和借鉴。
This paper first analyzed the importance of the bilingual course of Food Nutrition and Safety,and then introduced the exploration and practice of the course in terms of the textbook,teachers,and the teaching methods as well as techniques.The obtained result will give some helpful advice on the bilingual courses in our country.
