摘要
"食品工程原理"是食品科学与工程专业的重要基础课程之一,是培养学生的应用能力和实践能力的重要环节。围绕如何培养学生的综合能力和创新意识,从教学方法的优化、教学内容的选择和实践教学方法的改革3个方面,初步探讨"食品工程原理"的教学改革,全面提高"食品工程原理"的教学水平。
Food Engineering Principlesas an important basic curriculum of food science and engineering, is a major link to train comprehensive ability and innovation consciousness of students. The teaching reform of Food Engineering Principles were discussed preliminarily in this paper from the optimization of teaching methods,the choice of teaching methods,teaching content and practice of the teaching method reform of three aspects based on how to cultivate the comprehensive ability and creative spirit of students,the innovation of the course will help improve teaching quality.
