车用乙醇汽油静电起电特性试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究乙醇汽油使用过程中存在的静电风险及带电变化规律,基于自主研发的油品电荷密度表,试验研究了乙醇含量对管输汽油静电带电规律的影响,获得乙醇体积含量0~5%的管输油品静电数据;对油库内乙醇汽油装车作业及加油站加油作业乙醇汽油静电起电特性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:随着乙醇含量的增加,油品静电呈现先增大后减小的趋势;乙醇体积含量在0.5%~1%时,油品静电起电量最高可达到-77.2μC/m^3,为此需注意乙醇汽油调配过程中可能存在的静电风险;高电导率的车用乙醇汽油在加油作业时,油品静电起电量较低。 In order to study the electrostatic risk existing in the using process of ethanol gasoline and the electrification change laws,the influence of ethanol content on the electrostatic electrification laws of gasoline transported by pipeline was studied through the experiments based on the self-developed oil charge density table,and the electrostatic data of gasoline transported by pipeline with the volume content of ethanol as 0-5% were obtained.The experimental study on the electrostatic electrification characteristics of ethanol gasoline in the loading operation of oil depot and fueling operation of filling station was carried out.The results showed that the oil electrostatic presented the trend of increase first and then decrease with the increase of ethanol content.When the volume content of ethanol was 0.5%-1%,the maximum electrostatic electrification amount of oil reached -77.2 μC/m^3,so the electrostatic risk which may exist in the deployment process of ethanol gasoline should be paid attention.The electrostatic electrification amount of oil was lower in the fueling operation of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles with high conductivity.
