防火型家用救生舱舱体热环境与结构优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 为优化防火型家用救生舱舱体隔热设计,提出了适用于火灾工况的多重绝热结构设计方法,采用数值模拟和实验的方法研究了防火型家用救生舱舱体的温度分布,分析了12种不同围护结构形式下舱体的绝热保温性能,获得多重绝热结构的最优厚度及绝热材料的最优配比。研究成果可为防火型家用救生舱的隔热设计提供一定的理论支撑和工程设计参考。 To optimize the thermal insulation design of fireproof home rescue cabin,a structure design method of multiple heat insulation being suitable for fire conditions was put forward.The temperature distribution of the cabin was studied by using the methods of numerical simulation and experiment,then the heat insulation performance of the cabin with 12 different forms of envelope structure were analyzed,and the optimum thickness of multiple heat insulation structures and the optimum matching of heat insulation materials were obtained.The results can provide a certain theoretical support and engineering design reference for the heat insulation design of fireproof home rescue cabin.
