摘要
目的探讨皮下注射瑞白和静脉注射瑞白的临床治疗效果及对患者满意度的影响。方法选取2016年5月~2017年5月我院收治的白细胞减少症患者70例,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组予皮下注射瑞白,观察组予静脉注射瑞白,采用自拟问卷调查表对两组患者满意度进行评价,比较两组临床疗效及对患者满意度的影响。结果观察组的有效率为97.14%,与对照组的94.29%比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组治疗前白细胞计数水平比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);而观察组治疗后白细胞计数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),停药1周后白细胞计数高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后白细胞下降持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的满意率为94.29%,与对照组的82.86%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮下注射瑞白与静脉注射瑞白均能取得理想效果,但静脉注射瑞白创伤小,能获得较高满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective The study of granuloeyte colony-stimulating factor of different injecting methods in the treatment and patient satisfaction. Methods 70 patients of leukocyte reduction were admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to May 2017,were randomized into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).Control group by subcutaneous injection of rhG-CSF,observation group uses the intravenous injection rhG-CSF,and used the questionnaire to evaluate satisfaction in the 2 groups,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and its influence on patient satisfaction. Results The efficiency of observation group was 97.14% and 94.29% of the control group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the level of white blood cell counts before the treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of discontinuation,the white blood cell count was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The duration of leukocyte decline in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.29%compared with 82.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ideal effect can be achieved by the granuloeyte colony-stimulating factor of different injecting methods in the treatment of leukocytopenia caused by chemotherapy of acute,but the satisfaction of subcutaneous injection of rhG-CSF was higher,it is worth promoting the application.
