优化儿童保健服务系统对儿童健康体检率及系统管理率的影响

Effect of optimizing child care service system on physical examination rate and system management rate of children

目的探讨优化儿童保健服务系统对儿童健康体检率及系统管理率的影响。方法选择我中心2016年1月实施儿童保健优化服务系统后的220例儿童为观察组,选择同期未实施儿童保健优化服务系统的相邻社区服务中心儿童230例为对照组,比较两组儿童健康体检率及系统管理率情况。结果观察组儿童健康体检率、系统管理率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童疫苗接种规范率高于对照组,不规范率低于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童保健服务系统进行有效优化的效果显著,有利于提高儿童健康体检率,并可改善系统管理情况,可在社区服务中心推广使用。

Objective To explore the optimization of children health care service system impact on children's health examination rate and system management rate. Methods The community health service center started the implementation of child care services to optimize the service system since January 2016,and select the period of 220 children at the same time were selected as observation group;230 cases of adjacent community service center for children the control group,the community of children health care service system optimization,comparing the two groups of children's health examination rate and system management rate. Results The observation group of healthy children was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);observation group system management rate compared with the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),the observation group of children vaccination rate and standard rate specification were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Children health care service system optimize effect,help to improve the children's health examination rate,and improve the management system,it can be popularized in the community service center.
