临床护理路径在心血管介入诊疗手术中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in diagnosis and treatment of cardiovescular intervention

目的探讨临床护理路径在心血管介入诊疗手术中的应用及护理效果。方法选择原广西医科大学西院心内科拟行心血管介入治疗手术的患者200例为实验组,选择东院心内科同期行心血管介入治疗手术的患者200例为对照组。对照组患者采用传统的治疗护理方法,实验组患者实施临床护理路径进行治疗护理,观察比较两组患者的住院费用、住院时间(即从患者入院第1天起至出院的天数)、并发症发生率、健康教育达标率、患者满意度情况。结果实验组介入诊疗患者在通过救护车转送完成治疗的情况下,患者在住院时间、并发症发生率、健康教育达标率、护理工作满意度四个指标与对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径实施护理和健康教育,既可提高工作效率,又可提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the application and effects of clinical nursing pathway in diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular intervention. Methods Chose the corresponding period 200 patients from our hospital underwent cardiovascular intervention in both experimental group and control group.According to ways of nursing,the patients from west ward as the experimental group were treated by clinical nursing pathway,while the patients from the east as the control group were treated by conventional nursing.The hospitalization cost,the hospitalization days(the number of days from the first day of hospital admission to discharge),the occurrence of complications,health education compliance rate,patient satisfaction as the evalution of the effectiveness of indicatiors. ResultsIt was no statistically significant differences in the hospitalization days,the occurrence of complications,health education compliance rate and satisfaction of nursing between experimental and control groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Application of clinical nursing path in nursing and health education,could improve the work efficiency and the quality of nursing.
