多磺酸粘多糖乳膏促进面部激光术后创面恢复的疗效观察

Efficacy of hirudoid cream prescription on facial wound hyperpigmentation after laser operation

目的:观察多磺酸粘多糖乳膏(喜辽妥)促进面部激光术后创面恢复的疗效和安全性。方法:收集95例面部激光术后的患者,随机分成两组,观察组49例面部激光术后创面外用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏,每日两次,对照组46例创面外用凡士林软膏,每日两次。每月观察创面色素恢复情况、瘙痒及不良反应,共3个月。结果:观察组和对照组第1个月内创面瘙痒者分别为6例(12.24%)和29例(63.04%)(P<0.01);两组创面色素恢复正常时间分别为(31.35±7.08)d和(56.25±16.76)d(P<0.01)。结论:多磺酸粘多糖乳膏可显著促进面部激光术后创面恢复,并有效缓解创面瘙痒。

Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety of the Hirudoid cream prescription on facial wound pigmentation after laser operation.Methods: Total of 95 patients with facial pigmentation after laser operation,who were randomly divided into study group(49 cases) and control group(46 cases).Study group were topically treated with Hirudoid cream on the wound,twice a day,and control group were dealt with vaseline ointment,twice a day.The skin pigmentation,itching and adverse reaction were observed every month for 3 months.Results: The time of pigmentation spots faded in study group was(31.35 ± 7.08),and it was significantly shorter than control group(56.25 ± 16.76)(P < 0.01).6 patients in study group(12.24%) felt itching in the begin month,and it was significantly less than control group(29 cases,63.04%)(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Hirudoid cream can significantly accelerate the recovery of facial pigmentation spots after laser operation,and effectively relieve the itching of the wound.
