玫瑰花水煎剂对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察不同浓度的玫瑰花水煎剂对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳的影响。方法:昆明小鼠共60只,随机分为空白对照组(蒸馏水)、玫瑰花水煎剂低剂量组(0.25 g/kg)、玫瑰花水煎剂高剂量组(0.50 g/kg),灌胃给药28 d。检测各组小鼠常温常压耐缺氧时间、负重游泳时间、血中血红蛋白的含量和负重游泳后乳酸含量。结果:与空白对照组相比,高、低剂量组常温常压耐缺氧时间延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高、低剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间均延长,但低剂量组无显著性差异(P>0.05),高剂量组有统计学意义(P<0.05);高、低剂量组血红蛋白含量均增多,高剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),低剂量组无显著性差异(P>0.05);负重游泳后,高、低剂量组血乳酸含量均减少,高剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),低剂量组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:玫瑰花水煎剂能明显提高小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳能力。 Objective: To investigate the anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue effect of Rose water decoction in mice.Methods: 60 Kunming mices were randomly divided into high-dose group(0.50 g/kg),low-dose group((0.25 g/kg) and blank control group,and administered with drugs at certain doses by gastric perfusion for 28 d.The time of hypoxia tolerance and the time of weight-bearing swimming were measured in each group of mice.The content of hemoglobin in blood and the content of lactic acid after weight swimming were detected.Results: Compared with the blank group,the high and low dose group had a significant difference in the prolonged hypoxia-resistance time in normal temperature(P < 0.05).The weight-bearing swimming time of mice in high and low dose groups was prolonged,but there was no significant difference in the low dose group(P > 0.05),and the high dose group had statistical significance(P < 0.05).The hemoglobin content of high and low dose group was increased,the high dose group had significant difference(P <0.05),and the low dose group had no significant difference(P > 0.05).The content of blood lactic acid decreased after weight-bearing swimming,and the change in high dose group was more than the low dose group.Conclusion: The decoction of rose water can remarkably improve the ability of anti-fatigue and anoxia-resistant in mice.
