孟鲁司特在小儿支气管哮喘中的临床应用价值研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的:分析普米克令舒+孟鲁司特在小儿支气管哮喘患儿中的临床疗效,及其对肺功能和免疫功能的影响。方法:收集本院接受治疗的200例患者的临床资料,随机分成联合组(普米克令舒+孟鲁司特钠)与对照组(普米克令舒)两组,每组100例。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、治疗前后的临床症状评分、肺功能及免疫功能、治疗期间及治疗后的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,联合组患儿的总有效率(96.0%)明显高于对照组(81.0%)(P<0.01);两组患儿的临床症状评分、肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群水平均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且联合组患儿的改善效果更突出(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗期间及治疗后均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:哮喘患儿采用普米克令舒+孟鲁司特治疗的疗效较为理想,不仅临床症状、肺功能及免疫功能均得到了明显改善,而且安全性良好,值得推广。 Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of pulmicort respulas + montelukast in treating the children with Infantile bronchial asthma,and its role in pulmonary function and immune function.Methods: Clinical data of 200 children with Infantile bronchial asthma was selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups combination group(pulmicort respulas + montelukast) and control group(pulmicort respulas),each group had 100 cases.The clinical efficacy,the clinical symptom scores,the pulmonary function and immune function before and after treatment,the adverse reaction during and after treatment in two groups were compared.Results: After treatment,The clinical total efficacy in combination group(96.0%) was obviously higher than that in control group(81.0%)(P < 0.05).The clinical symptom scores,the pulmonary function and t-lymphocyte subset levels after treatment in two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment,and the improvement effect in combination group was better than that in control group(P < 0.05).There was no adverse reaction occurring in two groups.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of pulmicort respulas + montelukast in treating the children with Infantile bronchial asthma is ideal,not only the clinical symptom,the pulmonary function and immune function improving,but also the safety good,which is worth promoting.
