优质护理改善骨科患者住院感受的调查研究

Investigation and study of high quality nursing to improve patients' feeling of hospitalization in orthopedic

目的:探讨优质护理服务在骨科住院患者救护中的实施效果和住院感受。方法:选取本院骨科住院患者作为研究和调查对象,2015年9月至2005年12月实施常规护理的患者设为对照组(n=1024),2016年1月至2016年3月实施优质护理的患者设为实施组(n=968),将两组患者护理效果采取问卷调查方法进行比较分析,问卷采用骨科住院患者感受性指标调查表进行调查。结果:实施组在患者安全、人文关怀、专业技能及环境卫生方面的评分及患者住院感受各项指标优于对照护理组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:优质护理服务模式能促进护士对工作的积极性和主动性,从而提高护理质量,有效改善骨科住院患者的住院感受。

Objective: To explore the implementation effect and feeling of inpatient of high quality nursing service in hospitalized patients in orthopedic.Methods: Selection orthopaedic patients as objects of study and investigation in our hospital,from Sep to Dec in 2015,patients with routine nursing during the period of set as the control group(n = 1024),between Jan and Mar in 2016,patients with high quality care were set up as the implementation group(n = 968).The effect of two groups of patient care used the questionnaire survey method to comparative analysis,questionnaire with orthopaedic inpatients susceptibility index questionnaires to investigate.Results: In implementation group,the patient safety,humanistic care,professional skills and sanitation rating and the feeling of inpatient of each patient were superior to the patient in control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.001).Conclusion: High quality nursing service mode can promote the nurses working enthusiasm and initiative,to improve the quality of nursing care effectively improve orthopaedics hospitalized patients in hospital.
