摘要
本文概述了绿色能源驱动的膜过滤海水淡化技术在过去10~20年的发展;其中绿色能源主要包括风能和太阳能,而膜过滤技术主要为反渗透(RO)技术。目前,绿色能源开发的成本(0.05~0.09$/kWh)已经与传统石化能源(0.05~0.09$/kWh)接近,因此绿色能源驱动的海水淡化技术已具备解决传统海水淡化技术所面临的能源困境的潜力。此外,本文还介绍了一套绿色能源(风能、太阳能)驱动的膜法海水淡化工艺在福建省平潭大屿岛开发中的成功应用。该项目:1)成功地开发出风能/太阳能联合驱动的小型海水淡化系统,通过蓄电池的使用,优化了不稳定能源提供与稳定海水淡化出水之间的相互适应性,实现稳定产水量10 m^3/d;2)确定系统临界产水率25%,在无化学药品添加的情况下,减少反渗透膜污染现象。
This paper reviewed the development of desalination driven by green energy including wind energy and solar energy in the past 10 ~ 20 years while the desalination technology was dominated by the reverse osmosis(RO).Nowadays,the cost of green energy(0.05 ~ 0.09 $/k Wh) has been close to the cost of traditional fossil energy(0.05 ~ 0.09 $/k Wh),so the green energy driving desalination has the potential to solve the problems of traditional desalination technologies.Besides,this paper introduced a case study of wind/solar power driving RO desalination application in Pingtan Dayu Island of Fujian Province.The results of the project include: 1) successfully developing a wind/solar driving desalination system with a capacity of10 m3/d,and optimizing the unstable energy generation and stable energy requirement via the energy storage using batteries; 2) determining the critical water production rate of 25% and maintained a low RO fouling level under no chemical usage conditions.
