建设项目决(结)算阶段财政评审存在问题浅析与建议

Analysis and Suggestion on the Problems in the Financial Evaluation of Construction Project

近年来建设项目财政评审在财政评审工作中占有很大的比例,由于各级评审中心不重视决(结)算阶段评审,造成此阶段评审工作出现较多问题,不利于财政资金高效使用。本文基于目前财政评审现状,针对财政评审决(结)算阶段存在的问题,分析导致问题存在的原因,并提出相应的改进建议。

In recent years,the financial evaluation of construction projects occupies a large proportion in the financial evaluation,because the evaluation center at all levels does not attach importance to the evaluation of the calculation stage,resulting in more problems in this stage evaluation work,which is not conducive to the efficient use of financial funds.Based on the current financial review status,aiming at the problems in the financial evaluation stage,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.
