电子政务项目在PPP模式下的投资模式研究

Research on the Investment Model of E-government Project in PPP Mode

在上世纪末就被引入我国的PPP模式,近几年来取得了空前的发展高潮。当前,政府电子公共服务的建设与发展赶上了"互联网+"行动计划的东风,迎来了崭新的发展良机,选择PPP模式进行投资是一种利益最大化的方式。本文就电子政务三大主体的投资模式进行研究分析,从多种PPP模式中选择较为适合的模式给予采纳。

At the end of last century,the PPP mode was introduced into China,which has achieved an unprecedented climax in recent years.At present,the government electronic public service construction and development catch up with the ＂Internet＋＂ action plan,ushered in a new opportunity for development,the choice of PPP mode of investment is a benefit maximization of the way.This paper analyzes the investment model of the three main subjects of e-government,and chooses the suitable model from many kinds of PPP models to give adoption.
