Discussion on Prefabricated Small Box Girder Steel Bar Construction Technology

预制小箱梁施工中的最重要程序就是钢筋的绑扎,钢筋的绑扎速度与质量,在很大程度上影响着预制小箱梁的施工实际进度。所以,探寻最佳的钢筋绑扎技术方式,是迅速提升小箱梁钢筋骨架绑扎水平的最有效方法。本文以福建某大桥工程为研究对象,对预制小箱梁的钢筋绑扎施工技术展开了深入的研究和探索。

The most important procedures in the construction of prefabricated small box girder are the binding of steel bar,and the speed and quality of the binding of steel bar greatly affect the actual construction progress of the prefabricated small box girder.Therefore,to explore the best way of steel bar binding technology is the most effective method of quickly enhancing the binding level.In this paper,a bridge project in Fujian Province is taken as the research object,and a deep research and exploration is made on the construction technology of the binding of steel bar in prefabricated small box girder.
