摘要
运用自由锻造技术,采用无模具、小吨位锻造设备,是解决小批量偏心轴类锻件的生产问题一种方式,虽然增加了锻造难度,但大大降低了制造辅助模具生产的费用,在锻造生产过程中有很好的应用性。
The use of free forging technology and moldless and small tonnage forging equipment is a way to solve the production problem of small batch eccentric shaft forgings.Although it increases the difficulty of forging,it greatly reduces the cost of manufacturing auxiliary molds,so it has good applicability in forging production process.
