我国的国土面积是位居全球前三的,理应我国的国土资源是不缺的,但是我国的人口却是全球最多的,这样导致我国的人均所能分得的面积就少了很多,造就了现在土地资源匮乏的形势。因此就需要对土地资源进行合理的分配,运用更少的资源去产生更多的资源,能够让人均土地资源不再下降。为了让更多的人有房住,又不能让土地资源再减少,高层建筑就成为时代的必然产物,需要不断地提高建筑高度去节省土地资源,因此本文就高层建筑的发展状况和一些施工技术应用以及工程质量控制进行了探讨,对施工过程中存在的一些问题提出了解决方案,企图能够在高层建筑的施工中有所帮助。

China’s land area is among the top three in the world.It is not uncommon for land resources in our country to be lacking.However,the population of China is the largest in the world.As a result,the per capita area of China can be much reduced,leading to the lack of land resources situation.Therefore,it is necessary to allocate the land resources rationally,use less resources to generate more resources,and make the per capita land resources no longer fall.In order to let more people have housing,and not allow land resources,the high-rise buildings has become an inevitable product of the times.It is necessary to continuously improve the building height to save land resources,so this article discusses the development of high-rise buildings and some construction techniques application and project quality control.Some solutions to the problems in the construction process were put forward,and the attempt was made to be helpful in the construction of high-rise buildings.
