The Training Guarantee Mechanism of Finance and Economics Engineering Management Specialty Based on Professional Competence

摘要 社会经济的快速发展,用人单位对高校工程管理专业学生期望和要求越来越高,如何提高工程管理专业学生的职业胜任力迫在眉睫。本文基于职业胜任力定义的基础上,以东北财经大学为例,对财经类高校工程管理专业学生培养存在的问题进行深入剖析,并在此基础上,提出提高财经类高校工程管理专业学生职业胜任力保障机制。 With the rapid social and economic development,employers have higher and higher expectation and requirements for engineering management majors in colleges and universities.How to improve the occupational competence of engineering majors is imperative.Based on the definition of professional competency,this paper takes Dongbei University of Finance and Economics as an example,analyzes the existing problems of engineering management majors in finance and economics colleges and universities,and on this basis,puts forward the guarantee mechanism of improving the occupational competence of engineering management majors in finance and economics colleges and universities.
