转型高校应用型人才培养模式创新研究与实践

Innovation Research and Practice of Applied Talents Cultivation Mode in Transitional Universities

随着我国市场经济的不断发展,为提高国民生产水平以满足市场经济发展需求,习近平总书记提出供给侧改革这一重大举措。随着这一改革的推出,我国高校为了解决当前市场应用型人才的供需矛盾,逐步转变为应用型高校。高校转型目的主要是为国家经济发展培养出满足市场需求的应用型人才,但是就目前情况来看,转型高校在应用型人才的培养方面还存在许多问题。本文对此进行具体问题分析并研究提出相应的完善措施。

With the continuous development of market economy in China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the major measure of supply-side reform in order to raise the level of national production to meet the demand of market economy.With the introduction of this reform,colleges and universities in China are gradually transformed into applied colleges and universities in order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of applied talents in the current market.The main purpose of university restructuring is to cultivate applied talents who meet the market demand for the national economic development.However,for the current situation,there are still many problems in transforming colleges and universities in the training of applied talents.This article analyzes the specific problems and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
