Study of Practical Personnel Cultivation of Zhou Enlai's Spirit

周恩来精神,是一代伟人留给后世的精神财富,也是大学生思想政治教育的宝贵资源。本文从周恩来精神的学习思路、学习平台、学习效果三方面展开论述,对周恩来精神融入大学生思想教育过程的方法途径进行研究,从而实现将周恩来精神融入育人全过程,让学习践行周恩来精神成为莘莘学子的文化自觉。

Zhou Enlai＇s spirit is the spiritual wealth left by one of a generation of great men and is pre-cious resource of college ideological education. This paper describes from three aspects, learning ideas,learning platform and learning effect of Zhou Enlai＇s spirit, and researches in ways of integrating ZhouEnlai＇s spirit into college ideological education process, so as to make Zhou Enlai＇s spirit integrated intopersonnel cultivation process and to let learning and practicing Zhou Enlai＇s spirit become the student＇scultural consciousness.
