借鉴西方成功经验,创新我国书院制育人模式

Drawing on the Successful Experience of the West and Innovating the Model of Classical Academic Education Pattern Education in China

近年来,国内部分高校尝试开办书院,此乃人才培养模式改革的新举措,并取得了一定成效。本文在研究西方住宿学院成功经验的基础上,结合国内高等教育发展现状,对书院制改革、特色文化建设等一系列理论与实践问题进行了探讨。

In recent years, several Chinese universities have tried to set up classical academic educationpattern, being an innovative action for the reformation of talents training mode, which has gained greatachievements. This paper will conclude different ways of exploring current classical academic educationpattern by comparing residential college in western countries with old-style private school in China. Com-bining the current situation of higher education in China, this paper will also cover various practical andtheoretical achievements about classical academic education pattern＇s reform premise, cultural construction,the transition from ideological and political education to community education and the modern design withboth international and cultural characteristics.
